Another Chance
As we approach another year
The year 2005
I pray that the people
Will learn and become wise
God's granted us more time
Another chance to make things right
But the human will rejects
They'd rather dance with the night
Self will run riot
Never can win
It falls into darkness
It falls into sin
It falls from all goodness
It falls from God's Grace
It falls into the fire
That lies beyond hell's gate
A life filled with iniquity
Can only bring with it pain
If God takes away His hand
What's left for gain?
God's granted us another year
Another chance to make things right
Another chance to turn from our sins
Another chance to have life
Another chance to save our world
From certain and everlasting doom
Another chance to tell of HIs love
So others can be groomed
For Him
