When I look up at the heavens
I know how vast life can be
I know there's much more out there
Than my eyes can see


There are things yet untapped
There's so much left for me to be
The sky covers the earth
Stretches over the sea


It reaches far into space
Yet it touches me still
It's so vast and so perfect
So empty, yet full
It's part of all the universe
Still, I'm part of it too


It's unfathomable to me
Yet I know what I see
And within it's far reach
I see how vast life can be
