~ Pray for Our Enemies ~


The world will let us down
And leave us in dismay
But Jesus will be by our side
He'll never walk away



The world is filled with humans
Controlled by the enemy
They know not what they do
They know only what they see



They see their acts as righteous
They hurt others as they go
Trying to make things right
In their minds they think they know



How to cure the world of it's ills
But they know not who's in control
They know not the true Savior
So their hearts are really cold



They need our prayers and love
Cause God loves them too
And He longs for their soul
To even them He's true



If they let us down
We should lift them up
And ask our Father for favor
Ask Him to fill their cup



Ask Him to bring them to their knees
Their souls we should try to win
Ask Him to cleanse us of all anguish
And the Grace to give them over to Him



We may not feel the love
Or the mercy that we should
But the Power of Prayer
Can only bring good



Thank you and Praise you Jesus!!
I give them all to you
I pray you bless them Lord
Create in them a heart that's new



Create in them a full life
One that's filled with your mercy
Create for them a mansion Lord
I pray you set those that hurt me free Amen!!
