~ A Sinner I Must Be ~ I'm a sinner... yes this is true, No matter how hard I try, Sin I must do. I'm bathed in the blood, That was shed for me, I'm bathed in His love, He's set me free. But daily I cry, Forgive me Lord, I can not be good, I need more of your Word. But His words are clear, A sinner I must be, In mind, in spirit, A sinner who is on her knees. I don't do those things That are obvious, but my sins are as great, as the murderers. The bomber, the rapist, Commit hideous crimes, But in the eyes of my Father, They're no worse than mine.
