There are several paint tutorials on the net .
And they are all unique in their on way.
By experimenting with them and adding other technics to them i`ve came up with an interesting effect .
At least i think so.

In this first example i`ll be using this image.
I stole this image from Diggi she is one of many fine artist at Art 4 All news group.

Next we go to decorate and add a125x40 transparent raise on it.

This lightens up the left and top part of the image ~ you can adjust the width and height of raise if need be .

To lighten up the right part of the image you use sunken instead of raise.~ this can be done after painting the left and center of image.

The purpose of this is that it helps you control the floodfill paint , it helps to keep the colors in between the lines to a degree ~ more so on different images.( not necessary for all images ~ Mainly colored ones.~ Are Ones with hard places to color. )

Use fuzz 999 to 9999 ~ play with different numbers in fuzz box.

Next select the colors you wish to use.

I used replace color red and clicked onto the left part of image where it was lightened , it changed part of the black to red.

Next i used silver on the stems .

Then goldenrod floodfill in different area`s.

Result: Isn`t This Pretty

Hold On there`s more.LoL.

Now we go to effects and use Blur .
I used 30x30 on this image.

Looks a little better , but not much.

Now we go to composite .
You can use almost any feature but multiply and modulate seem to work best.
I used Modulate.

Pretty neat Huh.

But Wait there`s more . If`n your still not satisfied go to enhance and click onto Equalize or Norm , this give you even more picture pleasure enjoyment.

I used Equal .

This technic will work on any images ~ even colored ones , there`s no way you can mess up . with or without using decorate .
The decorate raise and sunken work best when useing face images or for color change borders.
