Latest Change: 5/16/07 I try to update this page regularly, checking for dead (bad) links and adding new processors and other relevant information. If you know of any dead links, word processors not listed, or any suggestions, please email me with "word processor" in the subject line.
NOTE: Some of these word processors (WPs) print as typed (WYSIWYG) using your return/enter key to form paragraphs or line breaks or space bar for blank spacing. Others, the HTML WPs and HTML Testbeds, you need to use HTML to format properly. You can convert them to a WYSIWYG WP by using <pre>Your typing here </pre> tags, or format using any other tags such as <p> to make paragraphs and <br> for line breaks. It is good practice to copy your work after typing (before viewing) since some of these word processors could be erratic particularly due to Msntv updates or upgrades. They all appear to function properly with the 2.9.1 upgrade. On word processors that "save", what is called "cookie lockout" can occur which can result in losing access to the site for an indefinite period or until you delete all your cookies for that particular "user name". Deleting cookies will result in losing all saved information for all word processors. For more information on cookies or to view or delete them, go to the WebTV Help:Utilities. More cookie information at All About Cookies. The first site says cookies can slow down your Msntv, the other says it can't. ???
- Cut, Copy, and Paste ( CC&P or CCP ) - One of the first things you need to know when working with word processors. "Cut" is removing text from an area where you can type. "Copy" is copying text from a typing area, a web page, or an email you have received. "Paste" is placing the text you have cut or copied into a typing area. Click on the link at MSN Help or try The Clubs which also has a tutorial on "quoting" or "smallifying" text as used in emails and newsgroups. See smallifier processors below. - Has dual test beds. Has a page maker, table maker, textarea maker, button maker, text and background color maker, search and replace, image tool, HTML tag list including HTML to make a drop-down menu and audioscope, and other features. SAVES your work.

Css/Html Editor by Riverdrift
- Great for creating Msntv CSS pages. Writes most of the CSS codes for you. Does not save.

- Prints as typed, dictionary, thesaurus, Works for computers also. Does not save work. Compatible with MSNTV 2. Msntv2 users do not use (erase) his <pre> </pre> tags or it will not format properly.

- It is compatible with all versions of WebTV plus PCs. It has a file size counter, upper and lower case converter, email to whoever you want, search & replace, spellchecker, and address book button. You can access your own address book by clicking the address book button (webtv only) and email the addresses to whomever you want. Read the good instructions on the page.

LARGE TEXT WORD PROCESSORS
NOTE: Click on the following wp sites which will function as large text processors using the Crecon Text Enlarger - Draac's Msntv Word, Typer, Gest Script Replacer.
I don't know of any WPs that "save text" that will work as large text with the "text enlarger". Some word processors will not function at all with the enlarger.
