I've given steps for the example I used but you can leave off the shadow part if so desired but I love it as it gives the image some dimension.
Step 1. Start with a background of 380x320. Use Draw and Path using Fill Color of red and Stroke Color #9c8c59 - Width of 2
Put in the coordinate box these numbers:
M190,110 a50,90 120 0 0 0 120 M190,110 a50,90 -120 20 1 0 120
In Translate box: Put a 4 in front of the first 0 to make it 40.0, 0.0
Step 2. Go to Draw again and leave everything the same but the translate number put a minus before the 40 -40 Now there's a heart on left and one on right.
Step 3. Now for a larger heart in center - There are a few numbers different. Also NOTE - make sure you take out the translate number back to 0.0, 0.0
M190,90 a50,90 130 0 0 0 180 M190,90 a50,90 -130 20 1 0 180
Step 4. You can now matte out center or leave as is if you are not going to do the shadow and composite a "gif". Or if you want to composite a jpg then matte out and use Dstover
Any other embellishments can be added or rectangles etc.
Step 5. If you want to put words go to Annotate I used North +0+40 Pt size of 28
