This is being done basically like I've shown in my other tute on Pattern Implodes but we are now using sinedots I made at Pagemaster101 - Dave's tool site.Sine-O-Graph Toolsite
I've included some plain sinedots I made which you are free to use. A few are already imploded and some with an image. Depending on how big you want your center imploded adjust the number using from -5 to -20 and Implode. Do not use more than -20 or you lose the effect of the sinedot.
If you want to composite a gif in center you use Over. If on the other hand you want to use an image with a background, then you have to Matte out the center using the Paint area and Fuzz 5555(not always necessary to use a fuzz, depends on color).
What I've done is draw a circle in the center in the background color so that it will matte out without losing the sinedot coloring. In other words, if your background of the sinedot is black I would make a circle in black and it will matte out without losing any of the sinedot. To do this use the point and click to get where you want the circle to go and use that color in the Fill color.NOTE: On some designs that are not a complete circle but have sort of a scallop, I've found you can matte out using Fuzz 5555 (not too high) and it seemed to work out so you don't draw a circle.
I'll list the steps and give you an example of one I've done with a jpg and matting out the center.
