REVISED DECO SIDEBORDER
I revised my tute (see link below) for some of the directions in filling in borders and this will also eliminate any cropping.
Step 1. I made a white background 115 pixels wider than my image I was using. This happened to be a "gif" but if you are using a jpg it can be composited same way(or adjust according to how much you want spaced around your image). Composite the image +15+0 East.
Step 2. Decorate - 8x8 Border Color - none
Step 3. Draw - Line 87,8 87,288 Stroke color only #9c8c59 Stroke Width 2 -- Once more using: 95,8 95,288 same as above. NowMatte out between the lines.
Step 4. Use a background and Composite using Dstover and Misc(Note: my background was from cropping out a portion of the roses and then did color tile at Gifworks).
Step 5. Transform - Rotate Right and add a decorative dingbat or whatever is your choice. Now rotate back to original position and upload as a jpg - Truecolor - JPEG - quality 35.
