REFLECTIONS

Find a picture that would look like something that might be near water, like the field of flowers I did below in my sample. Here's what I made and showing you the same pic from what I did on the pc awhile ago. Of course the PC one is much sharper but can't ask for too much with webby, it still suits our fancy. : -)

(image I used was 276x166) NOTE: jot down the size of your picture so you will have it handy when it comes to the step of drawing the line which will be at the bottom of original (height)

Step 1. You enter original picture at I.M. and FIip under TRANSFORM. I used 2 for Spread under Effects
Back to Effects 5x5 Gausian Blur.
If it's too dull, use only "one" for the Spread (I should have done that with the sample below).
Go to: Decorate - None - Border with the height of the picture. Used 0x166 (166 is height of my pic). Now that gives you space above to enter your original after. So you end up having 276x498

Step 2. Transform and you use CROP to take excess off bottom and put a checkmark in RESET GEOMETRY of the picture plus I did another 60 (about 1/3 more). (You don't need ALL of the picture reflected. So cropped from bottom 226. (that's the 166 plus 60 more). You put in +0-226.
Now that took off the excess 166 that was put in plus the 60 more. You now have the clear up top to fit in the original picture.

Step 3. Composite original +0+0 North I drew a black line at bottom of top original and then another using a gray one more pixel below that to look as close to what we do on the pc with brush. (water's edge) So for that I used
DRAW - Line 0,166 276,166 Black in Stroke Color and 1 in Stroke Width Then again using 0,167 276,167 and #545454 (gray) Stroke 1. That finishes your reflection.

Now just frame your picture. I used 5x5 Border for the gold and then 10x10+5+5 Frame in skyblue.

This is the computer one I made:
