Round Rectangle Frame
This is a very simple type of frame to make and can be done right over an image. I used a solid black background 300x250 in size. To do this you go to the bottom when you get on the Image Magick page and you will see several boxes. Just need the size, xc and color black in the meta box. Let's get started.
Step 1. Now you have the black background in view to work on. Go up to Draw - Round Rectangle numbers use: 20,20 280,230 280,230 - Stroke Color I used #9C8C59 Stroke Width of 2
You will have half of it done already, the circle or oval depending on the width. Now let me explain what the numbers represent. The 20,20 are distance from sides and from top and bottom. The 280 is 20 less than the 300 width and the 230 is 20 less than the height. Step 2. Now up to Draw and same thing except we are going to change the last two numbers. 20,20 280,230 +140 -115 (the 140 is half of the 280 and the 115 is half of the 230)
Step 3. Same thing but reverse the minus and plus signs 20,20 280,230 -140 +115 That's it. Now that was just too easy, right?
Next is optional for the feathery corners. Step 1. Up to Draw - Ellipse - numbers: 5,5 30,40 0,360 color stroke the same but use one for stroke width. Now up to Draw again and change just the 3rd number to 40 so they will be: 5,5 40,40 0,360 Thenchange the 3rd number to 50: 5,5 50,40 0,360
Step 2. Now up to Transform and click on FLOPRepeat the same 3 steps to make the feathery lines.
Step 3. Up to Transform again and this time FLIP and do the same lines again.
Step 4. Now up to Transform and click on FLOP and repeat once again the same steps. You now should have the feathery lines in all 4 corners. Upload as a jpg and single file and optimize.

Now here is a sample that is done in the same manner as the one above except I added an extra 1/2 moon as I call it on all 4 sides. What I did was take 1/3 of the size of the width and the height to get my numbers for the extra ones. I'll list the steps with the numbers and then for the feathery curly corners you would use the same steps as the one above.
Step 1. This rose framed image is 275x325 so the first set of numbers using Round Rectangle: 20,20 255,305 255,305Step 2. Again using Rd. Rect. change numbers to: 20,20 255 305 -127.5 +152.5 (half of the 255 and 305)
Step 3. 20,20 255,305 -85 +101.2 (1/3 of the width and height)
Step 4. 20,20 255,305 +127.5 -152.5
Step 5. 20,20 255,305 +85 -101.2
