For those that do not want to draw this, I've included a template. All you need to do is find an image (preferably a "gif") and composite it center using Dstover. It will be behind the lines. You then add the ornament top and a bow or whatever embellishment you want to use. See previous page for urls.

I'll list the numbers using a 300x300 clear bg and use Draw and Bezier and just a stroke color and stroke of 2. You do one line at a time and only the 3rd number is what changes so it's super easy to make. Just takes patience to do each draw. After you complete the drawing add your embellishments then go to Transform and Trim and (check the box Reset Geometry)and you upload as a "gif". That's it.
