There is a senior citizen center a few blocks from where I live and once in awhile I will go there when they are having something special going on. They are currently offering free dance lessons to senior citizens twice a week , and I love to sit and watch these sweet elderly people learning to dance for the first time. There are two wonderful twin sisters who have been coming the last few times, they have to be eighty if they're a day. They move pretty slow but bless their hearts they're having so much fun and they are determned to learn to dance. I took these pictures of them trying to dance to the "HOKEY POKEY", but they never got past the first part, you know the part where you put your right foot in, you put your right foot out. you put your right foot in and you shake it all about, that's as far as they have gotten so far. We were all watching them and we couldn't help but laugh, but we weren't making fun of them, they just looked so doggone cute, everyone else sat down just to watch them.Their names are Tillie and Tanya Thompson, thought you might enjoy watching them "burnin' up the dance floor" for a few minutes, I'm glad I had my camcorder along with me that day.
