I never imagined for a moment that conservatives were going to have an easy time in an Obama administration, but it's turning into something far worse than I ever expected. I was very upset and more than a little angry about a recent secret report put out by the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) to Missouri law enforcement officers.

There is little doubt in my mind that this report didn't originate from the Missouri Police Department, but from sources higher up the ladder, most likely the Department of Homeland Security.The report sounded like a declaration of war against everyone who doesn't agree with many of our government's policies, policies that are destroying America and our American way of life. I soon learned that I wasn't alone in my anger because the report was met with a deluge of protests from tens of thousands of outraged decent law abiding citizens who just happen to have conservative political views and Christian moral values.

It was supposed to remain secret, but a heroic unidentified police officer sent a copy to the well known national talk show host and video producer Alex Jones. When Jones checked it out the Missouri Police Department admitted the report was true.The report categorized former presidential candidates Ron Paul

Chuck Baldwin

and Bob Barr

as "militia influenced terrorists", as well as the supporters of these three fine patriotic Americans.

The report focused on the so-called "militia movement" in America and the growing "Patriot Movement". It also warned about what they called "other political activist organizations."

It implied that people who are opposed to the The New World Order

and the North American Union are potential terrorist threats.

The report instructed the Missouri police to "be on the lookout" for supporters displaying bumper stickers associated with the Constitutional Campaign For Liberty

and the Libertarian party.

The report given to the Missouri police department categorized some of America's finest citizens as potential terrorists and were told to keep a close eye on their activities

The report also referred to the late Aaron Russo's documentary film, "America, Freedom To Fascism," in which he exposed the illegality of the Federal Reserve

and the Federal income tax law, as yet another kind of information signifying a "threat" of some manner.

There is no truth in any of these allegations, they are nothing but political profiling by a corrupt government that is becoming increasingly aware that the American people are finally beginning to wake up to the devestating effects on America due to creeping socialism and 15 years of NAFTA, which is a major cause of the current economic crisis. the worst since the great depression of the thirties.

They are also finally becoming aware of the efforts of our President and Congress to merge the U. S., Canada and Mexico into a North American Union, a move that would destroy the sovereignty of our country and along with it our freedoms, which are already being taken from us at an alarming rate.

The opposition to this globalist agenda by the vast majority of Americans has never been violent . It has consisted of peaceful demonstrations, the filing of lawsuits against unconstitutional laws, attending legislative hearings, and other normal channels seeking a redress of grievances and calling for an open , accountable government.

Thankfully this report so outraged the good citizens of America that they lost no time in publicly showing their oppostion to it. The state of Missouri has apologized to Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, and Bob Barr, and removed all reference to them in the report. But the phone calls, faxes, and emails kept on coming demanding the report be rescinded, which it now has been. This is a good example of what can be accomplished when angry Americans join together by the tens of thousands with a dogged determination to right a wrong done to them by their State or Federal government.

One would think the Federal Government would have toned down their ongoing war against conservative America, at least until the furor raised over the unjust MIAC report died down, but apparently they either just didn't get the message or they don't care, probably the latter. For now the Secretary of the Department Of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, has issued a shocking document that professes to identify Americans who could be potential terrorists. This document is titled "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment."

It was released to all branches of American law enforcement, and identifies virtually the same conservative right wing American citizens named in the Missouri report as having the capacity to become violent "rightwing extremists."

The report warns law enforcement to be on guard against anyone who openly opposes illegal immigration

Same-sex marriage

Gun Control

Abortion

The creation of citizen detention camps

Suspension of the U.S. Constitution or the abridgement of State authority.

One World Government,(aka The New World Order)

And the "perceived" threat to U.S. sovereignty by foreign powers

Christians who believe in "end times prophecies," were included in the report, as were people who are "stockpiling" food, ammunition, or firearms.

But as if all this isn't bad enough this document specifically warns law enforcement to be on guard against "disgruntled military veterans," especially veterans returning from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. The report gave no evidence to merit their warning to single out veterans as "potential terrorists" because no such evidence exists. It is a charge without any substantiation, the same is true for the rest of the report. With no documentation whatsoever this report accuses millions of law abiding American citizens as being potential "extremists" simply because of their political opinions. Veterans nationwide are rightfully "up in arms" over the DHS report.

Feeling the wrath of Veterans groups across America such as the American Legion , the Veterans Of Foreign Wards, and public opinion in general, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano has "apologized" for "offending" veterans. Her remarks were actually a "non apology" because she didn't really apologize for naming veterans as "potential terrorists", she merely said she was sorry that veterans were offended. And she didn't bother to offer even so much as a "non apology" to any of the other conservative groups mentioned in her report. Just as the MIAC report was withdrawn due to the overwhelming protests of angry American citizens, this politically biased and totally unjust DHS report should be immediately withdrawn and a personal apology issued by Napolitano for it. I personally think that Veterans and all outraged Americans should call for her resignation, for like another infamous "Janet" from the Clinton administration, Janet Reno,

Janet Napolitano has proven that she is unfit and unworthy of heading up the grossly misnamed "Department of Homeland Security".

It pleases me no end to report that the Thomas More Law Center has filed a federal lawsuit against Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano. At issue is the recently publicized Intelligence Assessment, "Rightwing Extremism: Current and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment".

The suit was filed on behalf of Michael Savage, a nationally syndicated talk show host.

Joining Savage in the suit are Gregg Cunningham, President of the pro-life organization Center for Bio-Ethical Reform, Inc., and Iraqi War Marine veteran Kevin Murray. On their behalf the Law Center claims that DHS has violated their First and Fifth Amendment Constitutional rights by attempting to "chill their free speech, expressive association and equal protection rights".

Furthermore, it is claimed that DHS "encourages law enforcement officers throughout the nation to target and report citizens to federal officials as suspicious rightwing extremists and potential terrorists because of their political beliefs". Given the recent liberal rulings of the Supreme Court I imagine this lawsuit will be thrown out if it eventually reaches that far. Every American who is outraged by this latest attempt by our own government to portray conservatives as potential right wing extremists, owes a big "THANK YOU" to Michael Savage, Gregg Cunningham, and Kevin Murray, for filing this lawsuit, and I hope to see many more such lawsuits filed in the future. Think about this my fellow conservatives, if you can answer YES to any of the following questions your government considers you a possible future "terrorist".
1. Do you:
Oppose restriction on firearms?

2. Oppose illegal immigration?

3. Oppose abortion?

4. Oppose continuation of free trade agreements?

5. Oppose same-sex marriage?

6. Oppose one world government? (New World Order)

7. Are you concerned about the decline of U.S. stature in the world?

8. Resent the loss of U.S. manufacturing jobs to China and India?

And do you oppose the policies of President Obama regarding immigration, citizenship and the expansion of social programs?

And certainly those protesting in the recent "tea parties" across America would be considered potential terrorists under the guidelines set forth in this extremely biased document

Hundreds of thousands of Democrats, Republicans, Constitutionalists, Libertarians, and many declaring no political party, joined in these "Tea Parties" on April 15 to protest the spiraling thrust of Big Government. Their many signs said it all.

Former President Bush , President Obama, and Congress were the targets of this massive protest.

These hugely successful protests were not organized by any one political party with millions of dollars to spend organizing and promoting them. No, this was truly a populist uprising, a peaceful people's revolt". Those who did not participate in this uprising owe thanks to those who did. I hope and pray that the "tea party" protests were only the first of many more nation wide demonstrations against unjust and illegal laws.

I myself am a "political Conservative" and according to the guidelines set forth in both of these reports I am a "potential terrrotrist", even though the only dealings I have ever had with the police has been a few parking tickets and a couple of minor automobile accidents.
