PUMPKIN PARTY CAKE


2 cups canned pumpkin
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups all purpose flour
4 eggs
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Cream sugar & oil on medium heat for 2 mins. Add eggs & beat until smooth, and pumpkin, beat until smooth.

Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon & nutmeg.

Then add the pumpkin mixture. Beat on low speek until smooth.

Pour into two greased 8 or 9 inch cake pans or one 13x9 cake pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 mins. Cool & frost with a cream cheese frosting.
