Miracle Prayer

If you are truly seeking a life changing experience with God, your only option is to accept Jesus into your heart. If you're ready for that, and I hope you are, this prayer must come from your heart.

Father, I come to you just as I am. I acknowledge my sins and turn away from them. I believe that on the cross your son, Jesus took my blame and shame and atoned for these sins. I accept your forgiveness and I in return forgive all others for whatever they have done against me.

I give my entire self to you Lord Jesus, and put it under your protection. I ask you to come into my heart and make me a new creation. Take all bitterness, anger and selfishness out of my heart.

Fill me with your Spirit and replace my old sinful nature with a new and right spirit. Live in me and love through me. I promise to live your way and ask you to empower me to live it. I shall follow you every day of my life.

"Now Jesus, you live in me and I live in you." Amen

Now that you have accepted Jesus into your heart, begin to read the Bible. (I started with the Gospel of John.) The Bible is a place where our Lord will communicate with you. As time goes on, you will find there will be other places, situations, and people who God will also use for this purpose. And He will use you, too!

Never forget this one thing, you MUST believe that He is who He says He is, and that He will do what He says He will do.

Your life now belongs to Him. He will be responsible for transforming you into the likeness of His son, our Lord Jesus Christ. He will never give up on you. Give Him all your cares and concerns, because He does care about everything that concerns you. God bless you on your new journey.
