One of many experiments with capturing splashes in various states of...splash. Also concerned with effect of different shutter speeds, flash or no flash. The Decisive Moment. So many considerations about aesthetic perceptions, technical choices and options. A million splashes would produce no two remotely alike. Splashes are among the many subjects I find worth plugging into experiments concerned with the ways the camera captures and displays resulting information. Besides, it's just plain beautiful. Working in this vein helps me stay excited about what some might consider mundane, and keeps my curiosity alive; my perceptions fresh and open-minded. Take nothing for granted. Everything is art!
