Though I'm partial to portraiture, having aquired a digital camera a few years ago, rekindled my love of nature, and especially flowers. For about the last five years, I've dedicated a major part of my summers to chasing down incredibly gorgeous plants like this one, which are very much in abundance in the area where I currently reside, Framingham, MA. I must have taken 20,000 pictures of this type the last few years, and never tire of the results. Hunting these things also provides me with much-needed exercise, in the form of nature walks, which offer unlimited subject matter with flora and fauna. If my time on Earth weren't limited, I'd want to roam the world exclusively in search of flowers, and make a picture of each and every one, in every kind of light...
