~In Time Of Trouble~
The times we live in are extremely difficult and trying. The rate of crime, more people at the poverty level, increase in single parents, be it Dad or Mom, and we all know of the on-going threat of terrorist attacks.. These are just to name a few.
We always need God in our lives. Without Him, we are nothing. However, it is my opinion that we need Him now as much as ever.. When faced with the many trials life deals us, we need our Lord to help us make it through.. We need His light shining brightly to show us the way.. It is my hope and prayer that we as the great nation we are will find our way back to God and stay with Him.. Look to Him for our answers no matter what the problem. Nothing is too great or too big for Our Lord God Almighty to handle.........
~A PRAYER~
Our Father, which art in heaven......
Our Father, thank You for who You are.
Your love shining from every star.
Always there when we need You.
And saying I love you;....oh yes I do.
Give us this day our daily bread.....
Providing our needs before we know they're there. Showing us Your love & unconditional care. Always forgiving us when we do bad. Picking us up whenever we are sad.
Forgive us our debts
as we forgive our debtors.......
Teach us Your way to forgive the wrong.
Help our hearts to have a song.
May we remember to do Your will.
Always know Your lessons to instill.
But lead us not into temptation....
Almighty God is so fair and just.
It's in Him we must always trust.
He won't leave us never no never.
To Almighty God be the glory,...now & forever.
