Make a blank 300x300 and color it a light color.

Go to draw and choose rectangle.
Put these numbers in the slot.

Put a medium color in fill color and gray51 for stroke color of 2.

Go to draw and choose path.
Put these numbers in the slot.

Put a light color in fill color and gray51 for stroke color of 2.

Go to draw and choose rectangle.
Put these numbers in the slot.

Put a medium color in fill color and gray51 for stroke color of 2.

Go to draw and choose path.
Put these numbers in the slot.

My light color was #fdedfc and my dark color was #9a9ab5.
