Transparent Names
by Marlene

This is a post made by Marlene on April 11th in my group. It is such a good way to make the transparent names----I thought it should be recorded. Thanks, Marlene!!!!

(As posted--)

I have tried many ways to do this, and I find this to be the easiest. Hope you give it a try.

Here's the font and image that I used.

For printers' convenience, here are the urls.
http://www.wtv-zone.com/Kitkat3l/fonts/Happy.ttf
http://www.wtv-zone.com/Kitkat3l/Help_Pages_2/KittiesDaffodils_keep.jpg

Pick a color from the image or just put in one you like.

Take the image to IM, click on view.

When the image comes up, go to Annotate and put your name on where you want it to be on the final results.

Here's what I used.
Offset Numbers ~~ +0+235 and Gravity - North
Point size 55
Fill color~~#EED6A6
Stroke color~~ Black - Stroke Width ~~ 1

When it's where you want it to be, scroll below the image to the paint options.
Under Method, choose RESET.
Under Paint type, choose COLOR.
Under Fill Color, choose WHITE.

Scroll back up to your image and click on it 2 times. Now you will have a plain white blank.

Click on Annotate at the top. All of your information will be there. Annotate your name. Now your name will be the only thing on the blank.

Click on Composite at the top.
Put in the url of the image.
Choose CENTER.
Choose MULTIPLY in the Compose box.

That's it. Take it to Transform and trim.
Output Jpg, Single file, Quality 50, and upload.

Here's my final result.
