Note: See Page 1 - How To Draw a Polygon
The polygon is 200x200 so I searched for an appropriate image to fit. I wanted it to be a little smaller than my polygon. This is the image I used. http://www.wtv-zone.com/Kitkat3l/Help_Pages/kids_keep.gif The measurements are 183x232. I took it to Gifworks and clicked on "resize" under edit. In the height box, I put 175. Leave the check mark in and Gifworks will figure the width for you. Click resize. Here is the resized image. For printers' convenience, the url is http://www.wtv-zone.com/Kitkat3l/Help_Pages/kids_pic_keep.gif.
Put the url of this image in your "find" key or jot it down. Feel free to use this image or one of your own choosing.
Take the polygon to Image Magick and click on composite at the top. Put the url of your image in the slot, leave the offset numbers at +0+0 and gravity set for center. Click composite.
To make the frame around the polygon, click on "draw" at the top. Use the same numbers as you used when you drew the polygon. Remove the fill color and in stroke color, put palevioletred (or your choice of colors) and stroke width 6. Click draw.
Now, you can frame your picture if you desire. Click on decorate.
I used 15x15+3+3 and white as the color, and chose frame. I clicked on decorate again and used 5x5 and mistyrose for the color, and border. Back to the top and click on decorate again.
I used 15x15+3+3 and white for the color and frame. Here's my result---

Feel free to experiment with different images, decorations, annotations, or whatever.
