ROSEMARY and GARLIC RED ROASTED POTATOES

Red Potatoes
4 to 6 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Clean potatoes and dry well
Cut a slice into each potato

Mix together the garlic, rosemary and olive oil

Add to potatoes and toss together

Bake until golden brown
