1-1/4 cups uncooked spaghetti,
broken into 2-inch pieces

2 cups chicken or turkey, cut up

1/4 cup diced pimento

1/4 cup chopped green pepper

1-3/4 cups grated cheddar cheese, divided

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper



Cook spaghetti according to
package directions and drain.

 Mix together chicken, pimento,
green pepper and onion.

 Stir in soup and broth.

 Add salt, pepper, 1-1/4 cups cheese and spaghetti.

 Lightly toss until well mixed.

 Place into a 1-1/2 quart casserole.

 Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.  Chill.

 Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
