CARNE GUISADA

1 tablespoon oil
1 pound cubed round steak
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon comino
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup water


Brown in oil until tender,
meat, onion, green pepper and garlic.

Stir in flour, comino, salt and pepper.

Add tomatoes and water,
and simmer for 45 minutes
or until meat is tender.

Serve in hot flour tortillas.
