Wow! It's July already! I hope everyone has a great Fourth of July! Welcome to Sari our newest HPO Staff member. I just know she will be a great addition to our team and thank her for accepting. I'm thrilled that she is willing and able to volunteer her time. Look forward to 4th of July sig parade. There is also an August event in the planning stages, sorry I can't tell you more than that- it's a surprise. But details will be coming out soon. Welcome to new posters! Glad you could join us. We like looking at pages and other people's work. My family is planning a short vacation but I'll be seeing you on the boards, soon!

Well, here it is July already and I have accomplished some of what I wanted to get done around here.
I had planted flowers and with all of the rain that we have had they are doing great. Then i've got some painting done, which was a little hard for me, I forgot that i'm not as young as I use to be.
Getting upon a ladder gave me pause in doing the ceiling, I thought "oh no" looking up and reaching up is a no, no now, so I got someone to do that part for me, now things are looking much better around here.
Oh!! i'm still working on my second cooking website, this was a great undertaking, I just have to add a few more things and embellish the pages and then I will be done, and then it will be ready for everyone to see.
Please be kind, this is my first FYI, I promise I will get better with time. :-)

Hi Gang! Bruce was pretty sick last month. Jeannie would make him tea & thick juicy Tuna sandwiches for me to take to his room.
BRUCE: "Sandwiches? I never saw any sandwiches!"Moving on........ I hope everyone who has ever posted in HPO will participate in the big end of August blowout. This is the first event that I have personally spearheaded. I know you won't let me down. If it goes well maybe it will become an annual institution.
Be sure to have a happy and SAFE 4th of July. Let's keep all of our eyes and fingers. Keep an eye on the kids & pets near the grill when flipping those Tuna fillets.
