HO! HO! HO! and Merry Mistletoe... everyone!

Hey, I hope between all the hustling and bustling between the mall and post office that you'll find some time to make some webpages and share them with us in the newsgroup.

I sure had fun during Novermber working on the advent calendar. Thank you to Mis Rox for judging our Thanksgiving sig contest. She is such a fun lady.

Welcome to the new faces. It's always a delight to get to know everyone who wanders in. Hope you'll enjoy our HPO hearth and warm, friendly atmosphere.

Coming up in December we have our Annual Christmas Site Fest. And, of course our Christmas Sig Parade (or maybe contest). I'm also working on a banner for our HPO Advent Calendar and you should see that posted during the first weekend of December.

Here's hoping all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Here at the Pod we all gagged as usual on the Tuna loaf. A special shout-out to all who took part in HPO's Thanksgiving contest and Yippie! to the winners. Hey they were all swell.

It's hard to believe that when you are reading the "next" newsletter that Christmas will be over and almost 2005. Where does the time all go?

I'm hoping that Santa Otter brings you just what you want for Christmas.

HI EVERYONE:

      ANOTHER MONTH HAS GONE BY AND SO HAS ANOTHER HOLIDAY, THANKSGIVING WAS A VERY NICE TIME, ONLY THERE WASHIGH WINDS AND COLD BUT NO SNOW, AND A LOT OF COLLEGE FOOTBALL, PRO FOOTBALL IS MY THING.

      NOW THAT THIS IS DEC AND THE BEST HOLIDAY OF ALL IS COMING, AND IT'S THE ONE THAT I LIKE THE MOST, ESPECIALLY ALL THE LIGHTS, I LIKE TO PUT THEM INSIDE AND OUT ALL OVER THE PLACE, THE MORE THE MERRIER I SAY. :-)

      WITH DECEMBER BEING HERE ALREADY, WE HAVE ONLY HAD A SNOW FLURRIE OR TWO AND THAT WAS IT, SOMETHING TELLS ME THAT WHEN IT COMES WE ARE GOING TO GET SOCKED WITH IT, DEER HUNTING SEASON IS ABOUT TO BEGIN HERE IN PGH, PENNA AND THEY ARE WONDERING IF THERE IS GOING TO BE ANY SNOW ANYTIME SOON FOR THE TRACKING.

      NOW THAT I HAVE GOTTEN OLDER I REALLY DON'T LIKE THE SNOW AND THE ICE UNDER IT, I AM AFRAID OF FALLING, WHEN YOU ARE YOU YOUNG YOU DON'T THINK ABOUT THINGS LIKE THAT, BUT I SURE SO NOW. :-)

      LAST WINTER, I HAD TO GO OUT, AND IT HAD SNOWED THE NIGHT BEFORE. AND I HAVE 3 STEPS FROM MY PORCH TO THE WALK, AND WENT TO STEP DOWN AND THE NEXT THING I KNEW, I WAS ON THE WALK OPENING UP MY EYES, DIDN'T KNOW I HAD FELL, IT WAS JUST THAT QUICK, I CAN LAUGH AT IT NOW, AND I WAS SO GLAD THAT IT WAS EARLY IN THE MORNING AND NO ONE WAS OUT TO SEE ME HIT THE GROUND. :-(

    NOW I'M LIKE TINY TIM, I'M TIP TOEING THROUGH THE TULIPS WHEN I GO OUT, ALMOST SCARED TO DEATH TO WALK. :-)

      THAT IS IT FOR NOW, I WOULD LIKE TO WISH EACH AND EVERYONE A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND MAY ALL YOUR CHRISTMAS WISHES COME TRUE.

Well  December is upon us, and Christmas is in the air. All the beautiful scents of Christmas far and beyond. Isn't it splended all the gifts received from now until? Hi everybody.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving here @ the POD. My homemade Tuna loaf in the shape of a Turkey (kinda) went over really well. (I think).

Naturally at this Holiday time of the year we turn our thoughts to our brave men & women who are serving their country in any capacity. S-A-L-U-T-E!

I already have my Christmas stocking hung on the fireplace for the arrival of "Santa Otter". I also have my can opener stashed under my pillow. I suppose Jeannie will knit me another sweater too. She's swell!

So......   All the very best Holiday wishes to all of you. You ARE my friends. (Sniff.....sniff).
