Hi Everyone! Thanks for joining HPO in celebrating it's 5th birthday and 100,000 poster. It was quite a party. Welcome to all the new people. So glad you could join us.

We've had a few staffing changes. Welcome to Donald our new Da Banner Guy! He will be a tremendous asset. Judy will be posting with us as time permits and hopefully will be able to come back and take an active role on staff. Then sadly I must announce that Blue Fox has resigned from staff. We hope that he will continue to haunt the halls providing his much needed html assistance.

I'm looking forward to those "What I did on my summer vacation" sites! See ya on the board! ~ Rusty

JULY WAS QUITE A MONTH FOR ME AND H.P.O. I RECEIVED THE POSTER OF THE WEEK AND HAD MY F~KEY FEATURED ON THE AWARDS PAGE. H.P.O HIT THE 100,000 MARK IN POSTS. CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE ON THAT.

I WAS ALSO ASKED TO JOIN THE STAFF AT H.P.O. IN CHARGE OF THE BANNER SWAP PROGRAM. TALK ABOUT REALLY BEING WELCOMED INTO A N.G. :^)

 I THINK I'M GOING TO HAVE A LOT OF FUN AS "DA BANNER GUY" I ADDED OUR FIRST NEW BANNER MEMBER 7-26-03. JOANIE WHO WON OUR "NICE FIRST SITE" AWARD WITH HER WONDERFUL MIDI SITE. THEN ADDED ANOTHER FOUR MORE BEFORE THE MONTH WAS DONE. BE SURE TO CHECK OUT HER'S AND ALL THE OTHER WONDERFUL SITES IN OUR BANNER PAGES.

MY THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR THE WARM WELCOME YOU HAVE SHOWN ME. I WILL DO MY BEST TO CONTINUE ON WITH THE IDEAL THAT H.P.O. WAS FOUNDED ON: PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE.

Hi Everyone, Hope your summer is going well. I want to thank all of you for participating in the awards program. It's good to see some new pages. Poster of the Week Director

It's Summertime and the livin' is queasy. I've been busier than a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs. I took an additional position as instigator of the "Nice 1st Site Award" from Judy who had done a fantastic job. Norman has taken over as the "Welcome Otter". This coupled with the "POW" Award and the soon to be launched "Lassie" Program designed to entice back old members who may gave strayed to those (GASP!) "other" newsgroups which are actually run by big Eastern Syndicates.   A special salute, (SALUTE) to my POW winners for being so accommodating. They are all most deserving and all have wonderful sites, each in their own way. Also, we all have been doing well in maintaining our rate of 1500 posts in the group, Thank you posters. Bruce & Norm
