FYI ~ NOVEMBER 2008
RUSTY ~ SECRETARY
Thanksgiving is coming up. We're hoping for another fabulous parade to show off our creative talents. And then Christmas is right around the corner. I've been working on the Holiday Link Sites for HPO - and hopefully, one day I'll get ahead of the game and get these completed before the holiday is upon us.
Glad you're here! See you on the board!

BRUCE ~ WELCOME WAGON HOST As you know our Mascot Norman is "on assignment" in Tunisia. Well... somebody had to go. Ha! He'll be back at December's end or just after the 1st of the New Year. Wait till he sees "HIS" new spot. Well, can't divulge any more here. Thanks to the many who joined in and or watched the Veteran's Day Sig Parade. Thank you all. Now it's Turkey time and I get so hungry just thinking about it that I can't think about it... or I get really hungry.
"HEY WHITE RABBITT!" Is this my office? No? The restroom? (Oh thank God).
The Staff hopes that the members as do we get a bang out of hearing what some of us are up to here & in RL. Which is which, may be hard to determine occasionally.
I hope that you all have a great Holiday Season and spend at least part of it here with your friends at HPO. If you are reading this, then you KNOW where you are. We appreciate you and are glad to have you like no other.

WHITE RABBITT ~ HTML Codes & VIP Birthdays
WOW! What a month we just had! We had a great Halloween sig parade, we elected a new president, I had dinner with Mary from Long Island (a founder of the original HPO) her husband Rod, and Sparky. Our group moved to a new address, and we are off to a roaring good start! We just finished our Veteran's Day sig parade - the first one at our new address, and now we are getting ready for Thanksgiving. I am very happy about the friendly, family atmosphere at our new location, and I certainly feel excitement here! I will always be available for help with HTML, and I look forward to a great future for this group :-)

Hi Everyone
I hope that everyone is doing well, it is good to be back and to see familiar faces, now I have to get into the swing of things again.
I have worked on puzzles all winter, by the way, I have a lot of people that have taken an interest in working jigsaw puzzles now, all the way over to the Ozarks. then I found out that my webby was not compatible with the digital phone lines, so I had to get a MSN2, I like it a lot it is so different and there's so much more to it than the webby, almost like a pc, i'm still learning.
10 years on the web and just a few weeks on here, so I still have a lot to learn all over, like the random sig for the midi. I have learned quite a bit with a lot of help from a friend named Lace, she has been a huge help to me.
My niece and her family came up from Va over the weekend, and I had told her that I can use a digital camera on here now and she's a photographer, and she told me that she would bring me a camera and she did and I am just thrilled with it.
I have been reading the book and there is so much to it even making movies, and I know that I'm not going that far. :)
So now I have 2 toys to play on and learn to use.
That's it for now, back to my reading, until next time.

Hi Otter fans. This is Seaweed standing in for Uncle Norman while he is away to began his trip to the otter side of the world with our expert traveler from the HPO group, "Janice"inspring. I understand there are already snippets of text and photos from his first stop on this leg of the journey in Texas. I'm not even sure where they are winding up at for now but I expect we will get to see them in due time. I asked him to pick up a souvenir for me (camel) when he gets to Tunisia and also some way cool photos at any opportunity when he makes his first stop across the "big pond" as we Otters are wont' to say in "Yippie !"...... Paris. I can see him now at one of those little outdoor cafes sitting on a pillow scanning for a Charles Boye look-alike while munching on a Tuna salad sandwich and wondering why his cup of joe is so tiny. Before leaving he watched the re-runs of Lucy & Ricky's trip to Europe and got many good ideas there I'm afraid he may just try to put into practice.
Still... I miss him a lot and have to remember he may not return to the Pod here until the new year to ensure safe transit.
I'm assured also that Janice will give us a good presentation on their trip when she gets back and somehow finds the time to assemble it all together.
It was fun being your "Otter-At-Large" this month and perhaps for the month of December too.
Respectfully yours.
