If you wish to submit your site for the Award of
Excellence program, please review the following rules and
complete the form below:

This contest is open to all posters in the HPO NewsGroup .
.You should submit your site from the 1st thru the 15th of the month only.
Only site owners may
submit their own pages. Please do not submit other's pages.
Consideration for the award should be a personal decision made by the site owner.
If you have won the
HPO award in the past, you are not eligible to
submit that same page again. You may submit other pages,
providing an entirely different theme is present and they are not
connected to the site which had won the award.
You may resubmit
your page or pages each month, provided you have not
won the award for that site.
Sites with hate, pornography, racism
and adult content are not eligible to enter.
