This is not a pretty story. You will see sad pictures of an ATWT star trying to preserve her life after the show's cancelation. You will see a LOT of money lost in the sale of her home. The next few pages were hard for me to do, as sad as I am for Ellen Dolan (Margo Hughes, ATWT; 1989-2010 and Maureen Reardon Bauer, GL; 1982-1986) I could hear the tension in the voices, and see the sadness and defeat in the expressions and the eyes of both Ellen and Doug.

The apartment house she lived in is at 41 Murray Street in the Tribeca area of New York City. I googled Tribeca and it is an acronym for Triangle Below Canal Street. "Warburg" is the name of the real estate.



The realtor, Deborah, told us how getting off the elevator meant coming home, to the entire third floor.

      
She also said people go to Tribeca because it offers unique spaces and fabulous touches; high ceilings, and brick work. In the first photo below, you see the asking price, the commission for the realtor, and the details of the space. The realtor pointed out the tile in the kitchen area reaching to the ceiling as important to note, as it is "very New Yorkish."

      
You can see here, that the kitchen, the dining area and the living room are all one space. The stairway at the end goes to the roof, which was a big bone of contention for the selling of the apartment.
