this is me

A Brief History

I graduated from "Stitch In Time Medical College" and had hung up my official doctoring shingle and my fees were very reasonable too *FREE*... I had my handy dandy medical book "Simple Surgery with Power Tools" by Drs. Black & Decker and a nifty medical bag that goes well with any outfit with lots of doctoring things in it... even a nice tongue depressor spatula, some nice knitting needles, and all kinds of pretty colored threads, buttons, and zippers. But the field of doctoring makes numerous advancements everyday so I decided to enroll at a, somewhat remote, research type school under the tutelage of the famous Paul Moreau and his assistant, Henry Jekyll, both well known in the field of DNA *letters in the alphabet* and Genetics, my elected majors with a minor in Inventions. I arrived at the secluded island that is home to this institution of higher learning eager to start my studies.

There was no monkey business that would be tolerated and soon we got down to extensive work programs... Dr. Moreau was firm but tolerant of any short comings and patiently guided me thru all my studies. Soon I was able to work on my own.

After a grueling 3 weeks of dedicated studies, I was ready for graduation... needless to say, I was thrilled to be receiving my diploma... knowing I was going out into the world *tomorrow the universe* to heal the infirm with my new skills and to spread, joy, cheer, happiness, and good health.

The night before leaving, there was a really big BBQ and we feasted on some of the indigenous ummm food stuff things... oh, how I wished I had been able to bring my kettledrum because music would have really made the festivities even more enjoyable. The next morning I was on my way, via the local luxury liner  cruise ship ummm boat that had lots of bananas on it so I knew I'd have plenty of snacks for the voyage... I was most anxious to be home again so I could put into practice all that I had learned.
