~ Another Rainy Night ~

It was another rainy night,
Thunder boomed across the skies,
Storming one more time,
She felt the tears form in her eyes.

A tornado was approaching,
So the man said on TV,
The wind was blowing hard now,
The way it always seemed to be.

Bolts of lightening flashed,
Lighting up the midnight sky,
Another cloudy moment,
She refused to let herself cry.

Just one more windy night,
Spent in a dark prison of solitude,
Surviving all of these killer storms,
Was now a matter of attitude.

She felt her body shaking,
Trembling she closed her eyes,
On this kind of barren foggy night,
Another piece of her heart dies.

It was another rainy night,
Thunder boomed across the skies,
All alone and feeling blue,
She wiped the tears from her eyes.

~ Just One More Rainy Night ~

She was sleeping fitfully now,
As he stripped out of his oil skins
Hurriedly drying his nakedness silently
Lightning bouncing shadows like dancing goblins

The storm raged on, as he reached for her
Slipping beneath the sheets of a welcoming bed
She, now half awake, quickly moving to his side
Seeking to subdue and tame this man to be fed

By enflaming him with desire for her warmth
Held within her wild, secret, hidden recesses
Always being stoked by her dreams an passion
Now open to be explored without any guesses

Another rainy night with enflamed desire
Rising above any physical boundries this night
One now thrilling both to a rising crescendo
Soaring passions relinquishing all fight

Yes she was trembling and shaking now,
With uncontrolled rounds of inner pleasures
So lost in this moment she was beyond reach
By all other means of life's normal measures

The tears were long gone
The lady was now content
She slowly came down to earth
And off to sleep she finally went

Bolts of lightning flashed,
Lighting up the midnight sky,
None will believe the fires we did ignite
All I can do is wish for one more night
