Frank A. Moffitt

Frank A. Moffitt was assigned to the 68th AREFS in the early 1950s, and was a line chief for KC-97 Maintenance. Frank had a very impressive Air Force career. From Frank:

I was assigned to the 68th ARS in 1955 at Lake Charles and moved with the tankers to Bunker Hill. I remained there on the Flight Line until I was Transferred to the B-52 and KC-135 wing at Austin, Texas. That was in 1963. All of my time was spent on the flight line, I was on the KC 97 A and the KC 97 H also the KC 135, I worked as crew chief and Flight chief.
