68th AREFS Guestbook

Thank you for visiting
The 68th Air Refueling Squadron's
Official Website!

We would love it if you would Add A Message
to Our Guestbook!

NOTE: As of April 2008, we seem to have picked up a spammer on this board - posting bogus messages with tons of links in them. We will be checking twice every day to try and keep them cleaned off of here. Please bear with us as we keep this problem in check, and don't let it keep you guys from posting to each other here!

Always wondered what happened to you guys. Every now then, I open my pictues album and look at the pictures of so long ago when we were so young. I have few pictures of some of the guys in Goose Bay and some in Lake Charles. I am so glad that someone thought about getting us all together again and decided on this website. I got on board about a week ago when I found out that this website existed. If you don't remember me, I am one of the clerks in the Squadron. I hope to meet some you when we next have a reunion. Drop me an E-mail sometime.

Great job! Jack,Bob, Carl, and Kathy. This applaude is extended to ALL those dedicated to the opening of this website. I feel it to have been a privilege to have been a part of such an explosive organization. We went, we did and we accomplished our jobs and our objectives with pride and comradery. Many such groups of men have been joined together throughout history. We were fortunate to be classed among those groups. My gratitude and thanks to all. Jim Barbas

My dad was in the 68th when I was born in 1957 in Lake Charles and in was neat listening to him go on and on and on about the '97s and all of the guys that he knew. When this site and everything happened I knew it would be cool to see and it is. Keep it going.

We have been enjoying the web site. You have spent alot of time on it and have done such a wonderful job, of course we knew you would. It is exciting to hear and read all the favorable comments. We are sure all the guys appreciate what you have done and are still doing for the 68th. Thanks from two people who know you so well.

The webs site looks good. I have an old newspaper picture of some a squadron function which included wives. It must have been when were restricted to the base for an alert. I hope it will email.
